单克隆抗体是由单一B细胞克隆产生的高度均一、仅针对某一特定抗原表位的抗体。通常采用杂交瘤技术来制备，杂交瘤（hybridoma）抗体技术是在细胞融合技术的基础上，将具有分泌特异性抗体能力的致敏B细胞和具有无限繁殖能力的骨髓瘤细胞融合为B细胞杂交瘤。

CD61是一种110 kDa膜糖蛋白，也称为整合素β3链或GPIIIa。CD61可与整合素αV链（CD51）或整合素βIIb链（CD41，GPIIb）结合，形成细胞战术素、纤维连接蛋白、纤维蛋白原、层粘连蛋白、基质金属蛋白酶-2、骨桥蛋白、骨调节蛋白、纤溶酶原、血小板反应蛋白、玻璃体凝集素和血管性血友病因子的异二聚体受体，一些成纤维细胞、一些活化的白细胞和肿瘤细胞。GPllb llla（CD41-CD61）在血小板和巨核细胞潜能细胞中的分布受到限制，是血小板聚集所必需的。
